Where can I have a Pony Party?
ANYWHERE THERE'S GRASS or DIRT --- You can have a Pony Party at home on the front or back yard, or a small neighborhood park (with community permission) --- Ponies cannot be ridden on the street or on any hard cement surface, like a driveway or sidewalk.
Please know that public parks do not allow horses on the premises.
Some facilities will ask for special liability insurance certificates and/or permits, which we do not require. If a Certificate Of Insurance (COI) is required at the location, we cannot provide our services.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather calls for rain all day 100%, there is nothing you can do and we can easily reschedule your party.
If the weather calls for isolated showers (less than 30% chance of rain) and you think the rain will miss your location, you might want to go ahead with the party. If you're in doubt about the rain, you can just cancel. However, if you decide and agree to have the party (on a rainy day) and we depart to your location, you are committed to pay the full amount.
How do I reschedule a pony party?
You can reschedule your event at anytime. --- Simply browse our calendar for a new date/time we have available. Then, send us an email with the new date/time you have chosen and we will gladly reschedule your event and transfer your deposit to the new date/time.
Is deposit refundable?
YES, YOU GET A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 10 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT DATE.
THE SCHEDULING SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW TO ISSUE A REFUND IF YOU WAIT AND CANCEL ON THE WEEK OF THE APPOINTMENT.
What's your service area?
Due to distance and travel time, we can only service the Atlanta metro area and nearby communities.
We bring the pony to several parties on weekends and cannot over extend our travel area, or we would be late for appointments.
What if the ponies poop on my yard?
No need to worry --- We bring all the tools to clean up in case the ponies have an accident. --- We would never leave your yard soiled.
How much time do the kids get to ride?
Unlike adults, that can ride a horse for an hour, children get restless after just a few minutes riding the pony - They only see the mane and the ears of the pony when ridding, so they enjoy the view of the pony from ground level a lot better. Kids typically ride for 5 minutes or less.
We make sure all the children have a great time, so we urge you to plan the pony party based on the number of children that will be there.
For example: 10 children / 1 pony / 60 minutes = 6 minutes each kid
We recommend the one-pony package for parties with up to15 children
Can adults ride the ponies?
No. Pony parties are for young children - The weight limit per child is 100 pounds - strictly enforced
How much time do you need to setup?
We arrive shortly before your scheduled time and answer any last minute questions you might have. The pony party typically starts right away.
How much notice do you need for a party?
We book up quickly, especially on weekends, so please try to schedule your party as early as possible. Parents typically plan Birthday Parties 3 to 4 weeks in advanced
Our pony parties have frequent interaction between parents, children and the ponies. Please observe all of the safety rules.
Pony parties are for young riders ONLY - The weight limit per child is 100 pounds - strictly enforced
All kids should wear shoes around the ponies and a safety helmet (provided) should be worn by small children when riding the ponies.
Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults at the party need to keep the children in their line of sight at all times, Avoid children running around the yard as they might run into the pony's path
